Power Equipment Leasing Confirms the Chicago Mat Company is World Class

Jim Buik - Friday, June 13, 2014

As we’ve mentioned before the Chicago mat company is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We recently posted the results of our annual customer satisfaction survey where current customers review our products and services on different industry specific criteria. Some of the topics have been discussed in the uniform rental company’s blog, including: completeness of delivery, cleanliness and quality, responsiveness, repairs and billing.

According to our results, Roscoe rates as “World Class” on the Net Promoter Score which means the company is expected to grow at a rate faster than the economy. We greatly appreciate the feedback we receive from this survey as it allows us to improve.

What warms our lion hearts even more are testimonials directly from customers that affirm our values, goals and mission as an organization. Recently, our Stockroom Team Leader was completing an order for Carol Metzger at Power Equipment Leasing who praised our team for providing exceptional service. Power Equipment Leasing was using a different uniform provider and finally decided to switch because of quality and service issues. Carol did not expect too much of a change when they switched to the Chicago mat company but says she “couldn’t believe the difference, everyone at Roscoe is so easy to work with and the quality is great”.

A point of pride for the mat rental company are our exceptional team members who provide such great service to organizations like Power Equipment Leasing. Carol happened to ask our Stockroom Team Leader how long she has worked at Roscoe; a total of 8 years, and she mentioned she has been with Power Equipment Leasing for 20 years. At the uniform rental company we have a 20 Year Club that recognizes Team Members with a banquet, gift and endless appreciation for contributing to the success of Roscoe. This recognition program was started in 1957 and currently has 10 active members who have reached this plateau. Carol was thoroughly impressed with our program.

This appreciation has resulted in the uniform rental company having the highest averaged tenured Team Members in the industry. Our Route Service Representatives average 10+ years, while national industrial launderers average 18-24 months. Our Team Leaders have an average tenure of 15 years, and Production Team Members average 7-10 years.

Thank you to Carol and Power Equipment Leasing for sharing their experience and providing feedback. We realize there are other industrial launderers and are honored you have chosen us. We will strive to continue providing the products and service you expect. Thank you to our Team Members for their continued dedication and loyalty.

The Chicago mat company would love to hear from you as well! Please provide feedback on our comment form.

Congratulations Carol on 20 years, we Take Pride in servicing you!
