The survey, conducted by professional market research interviewers, should require no more than eight-nine minutes, but provide a wealth of information for the laundry service team to make improvements in the products we provide.
The uniform company has conducted customer satisfaction research through Market Measurement since 1992, and past results have been the catalyst for changes in service policies, improved billing, upgraded product offerings and the uniform company’s “One More Time” garment replacement program. Listening to customers – then making mid-course corrections has served the mat rental company well. Our “Net Promoter Index” is on par with world class organizations like the Four Seasons Hotel, Southwest Airlines and Apple.That said, we always learn about products or policies that could be improved to fuel continuous improvement action plans developed by dedicated Roscoe team members.
