At Roscoe, we know who we have to thank for 96 years of success in the work uniform rental business. But sometimes just saying "thank you" isn't enough.
That's why, for more than 15 years, we've been setting aside a day every month or so to show our customer appreciation with more than just words. We find that it means more when you can deliver a thank you with four giant Damenzo's pizzas.
That was the feeling we got recently at a Customer Appreciation Day and pizza party we hosted for one of our clients whose employees have been wearing our uniforms ever since firing their national supplier about six years ago. The client, which manufacturers gears for many different industries, has a voluntary uniform policy, so we knew we were doing something right when the number of employees choosing to rent our uniforms doubled – and then tripled.text

At Roscoe, we help people get dressed for work all year long. But it's a special honor when we get to help Chicago area schoolchildren get dressed properly for winter.
Since 2006, the not-for-profit Coat Angels organization has been outfitting underprivileged Chicago children with new coats, hats, fleeces, and gloves.
It's an effort that has helped keep more than 4,000 area children warm over the years. The all-volunteer program collects donations, partners with retailers, and shops for coats and accessories for specific children identified by teachers and social workers.
At Roscoe, our fundraising drive for the Coat Angels will begin next month. HR Team Leader Theresa Faulkner estimates that up to 85% of our employees participated last year, either by donating money, volunteering to help with coat deliveries, or both. Employee fundraising was matched by a company donation.text

In a tradition that covers decades and includes generations of Roscoe company leaders, the company sent two employees to the Executive Management Institute (EMI) in Maryland recently to cultivate management and leadership skills.
Julia Buik, who joined the company full time last year and is the daughter of Roscoe President and Owner Jim Buik, completed her first year in the program, attending a four-day session along with approximately 30 other textile industry professionals. Office Team Leader Barbara Bailey-Polk graduated after completing her fourth year in the program.text

Roscoe has been ISO certified since 2001 and, following a successful external audit performed by NSF, we take pride in announcing that we are now ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Being ISO certified is just one of the many ways in which our continuous improvement strategy ensures that we offer the highest quality work uniform rental service in Illinois.
"It keeps us focused on continual improvement, it keeps us focused on customer satisfaction and it keeps us focused on making sure we are following the processes that we have set up," said Roscoe CFO Terry Trimble.text
